Who Are We?

At Key Osteopaths, our team consists of Rosie, Anna, Francesca, and Sarah, who collectively bring over 40 years of experience working with patients. Anna and Francesca both graduated from the British School of Osteopathy in 2010 and gained valuable experience in award-winning clinics in the South of France, Monaco, and various clinical settings across England. Rosie completed her studies at Oxford Brookes in 2012 and furthered her expertise by pursuing a post-graduate course in Osteopathy in the Cranial Field with Sutherland Cranial College. Sarah, with her unique approach, incorporates pilates techniques into her treatments, providing patients with enhanced mobility and strength solutions.

What Do We Do?

Our approach to osteopathy is holistic, considering your overall well-being and providing comprehensive health advice throughout your treatment journey. We take the time to understand your unique condition, educate you about your diagnosis and treatment options, and develop a personalised plan of care that focuses on your specific needs and goals. Whether you are seeking relief from pain, improved mobility, or enhanced overall well-being, our skilled osteopaths are here to support you every step of the way.

Osteopathy is a holistic and hands-on approach to healthcare that focuses on the musculoskeletal system and its connection to overall health. It is based on the principle that the body has the inherent ability to self-heal and self-regulate. Osteopaths use manual techniques, such as manipulation, stretching, and massage, to restore balance, mobility, and function to the body.

By addressing the underlying causes of pain, discomfort, and dysfunction, osteopathy can help alleviate a wide range of conditions. It can provide relief from musculoskeletal pain, including back pain, neck pain, and joint pain. Osteopathy can also improve flexibility, posture, and range of motion, making it beneficial for athletes and individuals seeking to enhance their physical performance.

In addition to treating physical symptoms, osteopathy takes into account the inter-connectedness of the body systems. Osteopaths consider the impact of lifestyle, stress, and emotional well-being on a person’s health. By addressing these factors, osteopathy aims to promote overall well-being and support the body’s natural healing processes.

Osteopathy is suitable for people of all ages, from infants to seniors. It can be used as a primary approach to healthcare or as a complementary therapy alongside other medical treatments. Osteopaths work closely with their patients, taking a thorough medical history, conducting assessments, and developing individualised treatment plans to meet their specific needs and goals.

Whether you are seeking relief from pain, recovering from an injury, or looking to improve your overall health and well-being, osteopathy offers a holistic and patient-centered approach that supports your body’s innate capacity for healing and optimal function. By addressing the root causes of your symptoms and promoting balance within your body, osteopathy can help you regain vitality, improve quality of life, and achieve optimal health.
