Osteopathy with Anna
‘Osteopathy emphasises the interrelationship between structure and function of the body’
(Educational Council of Osteopathic Principles)
The aim of osteopathy is to treat the body as a whole, which means finding what’s hurting you and more importantly the CAUSE of that pain: This aids in relieving the acute symptoms and then prevents it from coming back.
To do this we use several different manual therapy techniques, nutritional advice, exercises and stretches – all important parts in improving your well being and ultimately bringing your overall health back to where it should be.
